Ingredients 1,5 soured whipping cream, or 75 cl regular whipping cream mixed with 75 cl creme fraîche 2,5 dl frozen lingonberries (available at TotallySwedish) 0,5 small can of dulce de leche caramel sauce (available in most supermarkets) Instructions Whisk the cream thick with an electric whisk. Mix in the the dulce de leech and frozen lingonberries. Serve in a dish, with gingerbread biscuits in a separate bowl. We can strongly recommend a glass of FORESTGLOW while nibbling on gingerbread snaps with some blue cheese on top. So nice!!! It may sounds like a strange combination, but the way that the flavors complement one another is surprisingly amazing!

To start this is what you will need: FORESTGLOW Mulled Wine a mulled wine gryta (maybe this one from amazon?) one or two tea lights rasins & almonds If you don't have a mulled wine gryta, don't worry, a pan and a hob will do. The taste will be the same. ...
